Dracule Mihawk

Mihawk is one of the founding members of the Cross Guild and was also a member of the Shichibukai, seven very powerful and famous pirates who allied themselves with the World Government. Sakazuki

Kaido

He is one of the four Yonkou and is the bearer of the Akuma no Mi called "Uo Uo no Mi". With this devil fruit, Kaido can transform into a large, powerful and imposing Blue Dragon. In addition to this ability, his physical strength is also worthy of note, as is his cruelty.
Shanks
Shanks is also one of the four Yonkou and, because he is the protagonist's greatest inspiration, he can also be considered one of One Piece's main characters, even though he doesn't appear much in the anime episodes. He is known for being the only character in the franchise to have the power of two Akuma no mi: the Yami Yami no Mi, which was already his, and the Gura Gura no Mi that the character took for himself after Whitebeard's death.
As well as controlling darkness and being able to create powerful black holes, Blackbeard is also able to cause earthquakes capable of causing irreversible damage to the land and seas. It is known that he is responsible for the scar on Shanks' eye and also for Ace's death. Blackbeard is definitely no small fish!
Monkey D. Luffy
