Statham here plays Deckhard Shaw, a former British military officer turned mercenary. His first appearance in the film certainly made an impression on viewers due to the tension delivered by his performance in the scene.

With a worldwide box office of 1.515 billion dollars, Fast & Furious 7 shows Shaw, Staham's character, being placed in the custody of a government agent in exchange for Dom (Vin Diesel) and his group carrying out the rescue of a kidnapped "hacker" of sorts.

And of all Jason Statham's films, The Spy Who Knew Too Little is the best placed, with an incredible 95% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The title was also a big hit with audiences, as it grossed a total of 235.7 million dollars at the box office around the world.

Here the protagonist is Susan Cooper (Melissa McCarthy), a CIA base analyst who ends up having to go into the field of investigation to prevent a global disaster. Statham plays Rick Ford, one of the main agents in the agency where she works. Statham's performance here is also very well executed and his action scenes leave nothing to be desired.
